Choose To Reinvent Yourself

Every day, every moment is an opportunity to start recreating yourself. Change a habit, start learning something new, something different, leave situations/people that don't serve you anymore .....

Keep working on yourself, experimenting, exploring, making mistakes, failing and starting again, redefining your values, habits and priorities, consciously choosing and engaging with life's challenges and opportunities ...... changing and growing ...

That is what life (as an artist and as a human being) is about after all - learning and growing.

Start with self-reflection, self-awareness, self-understanding, and self-acceptance - today.

Be willing to unlearn to be able to learn. Be willing to fall to be able to rise. Be willing to stop knocking on that closed door to be able to go through another one (better one) that opens for you. Be willing to leave situations/people where you are not wanted, valued and respected to find a way better ones than the ones that made you feel miserable yesterday ...

Every day, every moment is an opportunity to do better and become better, become more ..... The world is abundant. It has a million possibilities for you, for me, for all of us. There is no need to be fixated on anything. Or to cry over anything.

If you are an artist, inventing and reinventing your ways, your perspectives, your viewpoints, your methods ... is very important, even necessary ... in order to to seek and find new (better) ways of expression, new (better) ways of approach, new paths, new styles, new connections ..... It is very important to invent and reinvent yourself often.

Dare to do things exactly the way they should not be done. Not following common sense, not following the rules, or the strict techniques/methodologies that you have been taught in school. Just experiment. Have your own experiences, work with them and see what happens ....... Dare to be what people do not expect you to be, and do things people do not expect you to do, express yourself in a different way, many different ways ..... the ways you choose, regardless ........

Drop the word 'impossible' from your vocabulary. Dare to dive into what majority think of 'impossibility', dive into unknown without fear or restrictions because that is what will make you move ahead and that's how you will find things, and that's how you will become more.

The most interesting discoveries of the century happened exactly like this - by accident - doing things exactly the way they should not be done. By people daring to question the status quo and not afraid to invent and reinvent themselves and the world around them.

So, allow yourself to be freed from existing concepts and learned ways and dive into the mystery of the unknown so that the magic of life/music/art could happen. Experiment, explore, leave your comfort zone far behind and enjoy the process of creation knowing that nothing but nothing is impossible !

Choose to start anew today. Choose to reinvent yourself. Choose a different (better) you. As an artist and as a human being.
